Everything started in the heart of the Aegean, in the thousands of years old fertile lands of Nazilli. For us, olives are not just an agricultural product; they are a legacy of respect, honesty, and loyalty passed down through generations. Established in 2005 with the vision of our Founder Zafer Sert, we have transformed our more than 30 years of sector experience into a contract of honesty, where we do not compromise even on a single drop.
This deep-rooted respect for olives encouraged us to go beyond traditional methods and walk in the light of science and technology. In order to process this perfect fruit with the value it deserves, we brought the Vivolive Olive Oil Factory to life, one of the most advanced technology centers in the region. We turn protecting the olive nature into an engineering precision with our oxygen-free closed-circuit pressing systems.
The peak point of this technological power is our Afrodisias ST series, which proudly carries the brand patent. Taking its name from the history and elegance of these lands, Afrodisias ST is a health elixir with a high antioxidant store, far beyond an ordinary olive oil. We process these olives within 4 hours at most under 22°C with the real cold press method.
